Connect your favorite tools to Big Team AI and let your AI Employees work smarter, faster, and more hands-free across platforms.

Integrations allow your AI Employees to plug into the tools you already use—like Gmail, Notion, Slack, and social platforms—to automate work, retrieve key data, and act on your behalf. This guide walks you through connecting and using integrations inside the Big Team AI app.

⚙️ How to Connect Integrations

To connect an integration in Big Team AI:

Navigate to Settings → Integrations

Find the platform you want to connect

Click Connect and follow the prompts to authorize access, we a partner called Nango for this

Once connected, that integration becomes available to your AI Employees and Agent Actions within any Brain profile you’re working in.

🔁 Need to switch accounts? Just log into the new account (e.g. Gmail or Facebook), disconnect your integration in Big Team AI and then reconnect.

🤖 How Integrations Work with AI Employees

Once connected, your AI Employees can use integrations to complete tasks directly. Some examples:

Slack: Post updates, send messages, or pull team mentions

Notion: Create new pages, pull data from databases, and update notes

Gmail: Draft and send emails, search for emails or summarize inbox activity

Google Calendar: Schedule meetings, review availability, and add events

Facebook & Instagram: Draft posts and queue them for publishing

LinkedIn: Publish personal updates or schedule client content

✅ Just ask your AI Employee to do something like:

“Create a Notion page summarizing our product roadmap.”
“Schedule a post on our LinkedIn profile for Friday at noon.”
“Add a team sync to my Google Calendar for tomorrow at 10 AM.”
“Share this post on Instagram”
“Review my Meta Ad Account”

🔒 Privacy & Security First

At Big Team AI, your trust is everything. That’s why integrations are designed with safety and transparency in mind:

Consent-Based Actions: AI Employees won’t publish or change anything without your go-ahead.

Private by Default: No third parties (except you) have access to your data.

Full Transparency: AI Employees will always tell you what they’re about to do- and get your confirmation first.

📣 Facebook & Instagram Account Notes

When connecting Facebook or Instagram, you’ll link the account that manages your business pages- not your personal profile. This allows AI Employees to act on your behalf only on selected pages you control—not your personal feed.

Notes:
Only Instagram Business or Creator profiles are supported. Personal profiles are not supported. Switching to a Business or Creator profile is easy and only takes a few minutes.

Make sure you have connected your profile to a Facebook Page, even if it's not in use.


Once connected, you’ll be able to choose the specific pages for posting or replying during automations and chats.
