Common Issues



I can’t log in – make sure you are using the same login method (e.g. Google or email/password) that you used to sign up
Using a different method than your original signup may prevent access. Try logging in using the same method you first used. If unsure, check your inbox for your original welcome email to confirm.

AI Employee is still responding – please refresh the page, use a new thread or try again later
This happens when the AI is stuck or taking too long to respond. Refresh the page or start a new conversation to continue.

AI Employee does not respond – please refresh the page, use a new thread or try again later
If your AI Employee isn’t replying, a simple refresh or opening a new thread usually fixes it.

Coder Cathy is not responding – please refresh the page
This can occur if your site build request times out or gets stuck. Refresh the page and try again.

Integrations cannot connect – please refresh the page and try again
If your Slack, Gmail, Notion, or other integrations fail to connect, refresh the page and reattempt the connection. Make sure all requested permissions are granted.
