The Big Team web app is designed to be intuitive, with quick access to everything you need via the left-side menu. Here's your walkthrough of the platform:

🏠 Home Page

Your central hub in Big Team, the Home Page includes:

AI Employees: All your AI employees in one place- which support specific parts of your business

Recommendations: Get daily inspiration and AI-generated content ideas. When there are updates, look out for the red notification bubbles

Guided Questions: Answer smart prompts that help build your Brain for better, more personalized AI responses

Notifications: Get any updates that you might have missed, on the status and completion of any of your tasks

💡 Click on any AI Employee card to open its dedicated page and start chatting

⚙️ AI Skills

Click the AI Skills icon in the menu to:

Explore what each of the AI Employees can do for you

Complete complex tasks with just a few inputs

Discover Skills linked to your favorite AI Employees

Speed up content creation, research, planning, and more

🔁 Notifications & Tasks

You can ask the AI Employees to do work automatically (even whilst you sleep) - by asking them to "every Monday review my Instagram Account" or "every morning send me a new marketing idea"

Connect your Facebook and Instagram pages

Schedule, create content or get fresh ideas using Marketing Mark

Get weekly Ad performance reviews with Advertising Andy

Get a summary of your day ahead with Assistant Anna

Your Brain is where Big Team stores and personalizes what it knows about your brand or goals:

Create, edit, and manage knowledge profiles

Add company or personal details for more tailored results

Brain automatically updates based on the your messages with AI Employees

💬 Threads

Use the Threads to view your Chat History per AI Employee:

See all recent conversations with your AI Employee, ordered by time

See updates from tasks completed in specific Threads
